Ms Anita was my first and primary contact. She is very attentive and focused on answering all questions to get you the unit you want. She calls back when she says she will. Ms Anita is absolutely wonderful I recommend my son to come apply. Most of all, the approval process was very easy and quick (within 2 hrs or less). They have once a month move ins however can accommodate those who need to move in sooner. I didn’t move in till after 45 days after application. Ms Anita chose the apartment based on my needs. I chose second floor unit so I don’t have to hear people above or deal with insects that are usually when on the first floor. However I’ve seen none even when walking around the property. When I finally got my keys my apartment was freshly painted and thoroughly cleaned and smelled great! The unit is in the exact location I wanted. The leasing agents provide me a move in gift which was very thoughtful and kind. The application process is all done online so all you have to do is come in for the keys , and that’s it! I highly recommend this community. All units have your own washer and dryer. We have trash valet. Which means someone comes by to pick up trash each day. Price varies but not outrageous like most places are doing in the KC metro area.

I’m so thankful for Ms. Sue, Ms. Renee, and Ms. Anita for making my apartment search and move-in experience such a wonderful one. From the very first tour of the apartment complex to the move-in process and even afterward, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible experience and that everything was taken care of. Their professionalism, encouragement, and friendly attitudes put me completely at ease and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all they did to help me feel welcomed and at home, and I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding customer service and genuine care.

I had a great stay while living here for a year. Never really had any problems. If so reps in the office made sure I was taken care of. My stay was quiet do to me staying in the grown folks (elders) part. I’ll give it a slight 7/10

Ms.Anita works absolute wonders! I had a maintenance request that kept being put on hold, I talked to her and she was able to get it fixed immediately super grateful 🙏🏾

Really great experience great people, especially Miss Renee helped out a lot and didn’t have to worry about anything. Made the process really easy for me to get moved in. I greatly recommend it!!
