I have been in my unit for a week now . I moved from Tulsa to Kansas City and Sue has made this a pleasant experience, she was very welcoming and genuine about everything she presented to me. She also had such a sweet attitude and keep making sure I am satisfied with my unit. I told Sue all my expectations for the unit I would like and she made it happen.
