The pool hasn't opened in years, and the management company (which has changed hands literally at least 4 times in just a few years) literally refuses to talk to you about it. They claim they're fixing it now, but that's only because they're (yet again) trying to sell the property to another company (and probably raise the rent another $300 again). The driveways and parking lots are full of potholes, any work they do on the apartment is done at the absolute lowest possible cost (and always the least effective methods). Example: they painted everything, but didn't sand the splintered wood or replace the damaged stair railings. They get real pissy about rent, but they make it extremely difficult to actually pay it. They don't want to actually run a space where people live, all they ever want is to try and sell the property for a profit, over and over and over. It's basically a slum apartment, and the owner doesn't even live in the state. Do not, no matter how desperate you are, do *not* sign a lease here. This place is utter garbage and has been for years.
