I had a wonderful experience with Valerie, she walked me through step by step and when I wanted to instantly get the keys to the new place that same day! She was patient,friendly and personable. I like that she had the manger double check her work so I wouldn't have any issues. The manager was professional and nice made sure I had everything verbally speaking about in writing so I didn't have any issues. I look forward to living here

My leasing experience at The Haven Apartments was beyond amazing. There was a beauteous young lady named Vallerie who was very helpful. Navigating me around the property showing me the amenities with a great smile and lovely energy. She eradicated any doubts I had moving into the property and also helped with the application process. I've lived here for 4 years now and have been through a management change. The transition was a little rough at start cause of the new changes. We recently had an issue with our apartment but Manager Pam P. Was quick to take action and speak with us in person to find a happy solution.
