Visited my boyfriend and his roommate many times in the apartment, in which many things were not acceptable living conditions. They had requested pest control in March and had still not received maintenance in August. I was bitten by one of the many roaches they refuse to get rid of and ended up with a severely infected wound. They also turned off the water for 3 days for the entire building, and then back dated the notice for the day before, which is illegal. Also, every vent is riddled with mold. If you live here I am so sorry for you. If you’re looking for a place, protect your health. I can’t imagine anything worse. Save yourself the nightmare.

This by far is one of the worst places I’ve paid rent to in my 56years of living there trying to make the outside look good when the insides are roach infested it feels like it’s going to fall in could go on and on not enough space I only stay cause I can afford it till I can’t

I am moving in over the next few days and Sue at the front office was incredibly helpful she helped get me in quick and was very professional! It’s hard to find people who work as hard as she does these days and seems to have a passion for helping people!

I moved in my unit here November 2024 I’m definitely moving when my lease it up but since I have moved in during a storm my window came off the wall in my second bed room my master bedroom window has been cracked since I moved in the walls are cracking my oven has been broken more then twice , valet DOES NOT pick up trash so it’s maggots and flies everywhere,mind you it’s one big trash can in the middle of these apartments I have made several complaints and emails have been sent nothing has been done also everyone keeps saying sorry but no windows have been fixed so my ac is working harder which makes that bill higher , no trash pick up has been done please DONT MOVE HERE AT ALL YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY
