The apartments clearly used to be in bad shape. When we moved in it was definitely NOT what was expected. The floors were uneven, our bookshelf was leaning they were so uneven. There were fleas! The new appliances had been poorly put in. They had painted over mold in the bathroom and over stickers on the bedroom doors. Even our front door was crooked and you could see at least one inch of light coming in where it wasn't sealed. I contacted the office a couple days after move in letting them know all of the problems. The staff was rude and unhelpful. After a few days they decided to let us out of our lease, fortunately. They agreed we would pay the days we stayed there for that month out of our deposit which was 425 dollars plus a pet deposit of 200 dollars. We only received 65 dollars back because they charged us extra days of stay plus a late fee even though that was not what was agreed upon. It is four months after we left and we still have yet to receive our 65 dollar check...I have called and they keep saying I'll receive a call back. By far the WORSE apartment experience ever! I DO NOT SUGGEST!

The Staff is just amazing, especially Larissa, Conner and Matthew.. Ive only been there 2 weeks but my apt is wonderful and exactly what i was told it would be like. Any maintenance requests that was listed from my move in inspection has been completed, and anything that has come up was handled promptly. So happy i made the move here!

About $100-200 over priced. The gate never closes when the office is open and does have not good security. Gate freezes in the middle of moving. The area isn't the best and this fact combined with the gate problem makes this complex over priced. Constant bug problem (you pay monthly pest control). You pay trash, gas, water, pest control, electric. I get that most apartments do this, but there are June bugs and cockroaches even when no food is left out. Trash gets overfilled to where you can't toss anything in there. The heat system dates back to 2002. A one bedroom runs you just under a grand. For that price, take your money elsewhere. The free uncovered parking, google fiber, and the outdoor kitchen/pool area is nice. But the amenities don't make up for the apartment quality. Not ideal for those who don't spend a lot of time at home.
