If I could give this office staff a negative rating I would. Yes I give sundace credit for the renovations that they have made to vacant apartments but they pay no attention to long term residents. The new paint job was poorly done without thought of the residents building addressing are painted the same color as the building and apartments have no numbers anywhere. I cant even as much as get a pizza delivered due to the pizza man not being able to locate my apartment without me standing outside in the freezing cold. There was a dog park build yippie but what about a playground for the kids to keep them from running around the front and back of buildings trammeling the grass. To top it all off they have big dumpsters throughout the complex that are often over filled with trash pouring out and spilling into the roadways that stays there for days. I am miserable where I live and itâs all because the staff does not care about resident concerns instead Iâm supposed to be impressed by a dog park and ugly paint job. DO NOT MOVE HERE, STAFF IS DIFFICULT INEXPERIENCED, AND DONâT CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS
