Great location cool lookin units. Major ant problem on the first floors it's not seasonal like the staff says I've been dealing with it since I've moved in it jst recently got really bad due to it being ant season. Heating and coolin screen went out wasn't able to control heat in the winter it was freezing cold and had to rely on stove until maintenance man came. Bathroom ceiling leaked no one has yet fixed the ceiling due to the leak so it has brown dark spots and the ceiling is hanging dwn (very ugly). Power went out in my whole building contacted office they didn't knw what the problem was and stated they would call me once it was bck on, I recived NO call. They don't respond back to voicemails I even wait days trying to be understandable and when I finally speak with someone they show no empathy and they dnt try to accommodate their residents I will be ending my lease early rents way too high for these type of ongoing problems.

Hands down the best apartments in South Kansas City! I lived there last year and had to move out of state but I'm going back to Kansas City and I know exactly where I'm moving back to! Everyone in the office is amazing, the property is always clean and things are always in line. The apartments are AMAZING and they all are updated with washer and dyers! Anytime I had a problem with something they were immediately on it and when I walked in the office they even knew me by the first name. During the summer they would have resident pool parties with a DJ. Amazing place to live, can't wait To go back!
