We have lived here since September 2016. I love the LOOK of the apartments HOWEVER this has been a horrible experience. The paper thin walls and floors allow you to hear everything from your upstairs neighbors. We have had two different neighbors and both were loud and inconsiderate! All of the "perks" that were discussed to get us here were not carried out ie. Fining people for leaving trash outside their doors, noise complaints, gates always stuck or broken. Not to mention, the grass is run down by the apartment walk way exposing pipes underground. Cigarette butts all over the place, far from luxury. I prefer to pay more money for a true luxury apartment. Can't wait until our lease is up. Maybe if you live upstairs your experience will be better.

By far the most unprofessional place I have ever lived. You pay for everything there is nothing "Included" in the rent. I lived here for going on 5 months and the hot tub that was suppose to be open within the first month hasn't been completed yet. You get charged for literally everything here. If there is ever any incontinences with payment on their end you still get charged for it and they only apologize for the inconvenience. My opinion it is overpriced for their "luxury" aspect. There is nothing luxurious about this place. I cannot wait for my lease to be over.
