Honestly this place is horrific! Sure they promise all these nice things during the tour but none of it's true! First lie they told me "oh here at the Haven it's completely secure! Except they forget to mention that there has been at least one car stolen. Plus the gates that are suppose to be kept closed and are always broken! The second lie "It's very clean here." Ha! They have ONE trash compactor that is always full. and has trash overflowing. Third lie "No you can't here your neighbors" Oh please I can hear when the person above me alarm clock go off! They say they fix any of your complaints however it takes them two weeks for a man to come into your apartment UNANNOUNCED wack a couple of things and say it's fix. I also complained on numerous occasions that my apartment reeks of weed. I do not smoke weed, obviously , the management says they will do something about it but when they show up at my apartment they state that they cannot do anything. Management also said that I would not have trouble with parking because I have rented a car port however I've been moved to different assigned car ports on numerous occasions. I also struggle with people parking in my assigned spot. When I called the complex they said it would take at least two days for that car to be towed. Just last Friday, apparently my building was suppose to get pest control. We are suppose to get 24 hour notice, especially if you have a pet, like I do. However, I got a note on my door at 8 am saying that pest control was coming. I work night shift so I get home at 7:30 in the morning, so there was no way for me to see this note. At noon pest control waltz right into my apartment ignored my dog barking. When the pest control saw me sleeping in my bed, he woke me up and said i needed to leave because my apartment is getting sprayed. I then proceeded to yell at him to leave my apartment immediately In conclusion if you like thin walls and ceilings, unannounced people walking into your apartment, trash that is always overflowing, carports that aren't actually guaranteed, a not so handy repairman, your home smelling like weed, and unhelpful management, then the Haven is for you!
