Lots Of Mice Here... I have a rats phobia.its very dangerous. and lots of spider.

Can’t find my original post, they probably deleted it. All I’m going to say is I wouldn’t recommend moving here. They have mice and roaches. Update: since new management the place has gotten a lot better, the only thing that I dislike is the school district. We are choosing to homeschool my 5th grader until we move to a better school district. Update 2020: New management fails to respond to tenant issues. Tells you to speak to neighbors then when you do and nothing changes they start reciting the quiet hours. I thought living here would be better with new management but it isn’t just different issues. And they still have a ROACH problem.

Haven continues to delete me bad reviews. This place is bad and here’s why. We had sewer dripping into our apartment for months. Mold everywhere. And maintenance didn’t care. They ended up painting over a month worth of leaking sewage and calling it fixed. The front office was rude. Amenities were not as promised. They nickel and dime everything. Also they have a major problem with fleas, mites, ants, spiders, mice and rats.
