I recently moved into Haven Apartments, and Iâve had a wonderful experience so far. The management team was friendly, professional, and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. The community is peaceful and well-maintained, making it a great place to come home to. Iâm very happy with my decision to move here!

Whenever I call with questions or concerns, she is always prompt in getting back to me with the information I need. Rannetta consistently maintains a professional and courteous demeanor, even when Iâm addressing concerns, and she is always helpful in finding resolutions to any issues that arise. Honestly, Iâve had a good experience here. Itâs quiet, clean, and the assistant manager? Sheâs a real one super kind, easy to talk to, and always comes through when you need something. My place was move-in ready, maintenance is on point, and the location is clutch. No complaints from me!

DO NOT RENT HERE, PLEASE. I don't ever place rating on the internet - mainly because I think one bad experience doesn't deserve it. This place is a different story. I am no longer a tenant here, but will be vague due to on-going talks with our legal team. This is a post to warn people to NOT LIVE HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The owners/staff do not care about you, the property, your health, experience, or well being. They will leave you in an apartment that is not safe to live in - there is no sense of urgency for SERIOUS issues. Multiple people I have talked to have had to deal with urine/fecal matter, bugs, mold, and more - with empty promises from extremely rude/dismissive staff (especially the main front desk worker). I have been in contact with multiple other residents, which are now documenting their unsafe living conditions. I want to make it clear - there's someone that has our back. There will be litigation in regards to multiple matters that have been well documented and are against Missouri law. Talking has never helped, so maybe this will. Thanks for teaching everyone a very valuable lesson, Haven. It's now time to learn yours.
