I would like to make your organization aware of current issues and neglect I am experiencing with the apartment complex. I have contacted the Emergency line and left messages on 02/09/2018, 02/10/2018, 02/11/2018. Each day I attempted to contact the line 4 times. I have yet to receive a return call. On Friday, during business hours, I was unable to speak with any staff member about my concerns. Currently These are the issues :
1. Furnace is not in working order for 4 days.
Current and recent temperatures below freezing all 4 days.
2. Hot Water tank is leaking a large amount of water each day, continuously.
3. The shower has mold growing behind the tiles and it is black and crumbling. The Black is getting into my water during shower times. This unsanitary and unacceptable. I have Asthma and have been having a more difficult time breathing, experiencing more episode of wheezing.
My Apartment is so cold I have to have to turn on the oven and purchase additional space heaters. These issues are not only a concern for my health but also straining me financially.
