For 1400 this place is definitely not worth it pool is never open, gym is ass. 3 days late on rent they will try to evict you. Apartments are very small. Place just sucks overall

My best friend has lived in these apartments for the past 6 years. I come over at least three times a week. I cannot tell you the difference I have seen in the past year. The property looks amazing!! You can tell they have changed some things. My friend says the new manager, Emily is unbelievably kind and so responsive. Anytime she needs anything Emily always makes sure she is taken care of. I have even thought about moving here when my lease is up because of all the changes. Just wanted to make sure someone knew how wonderful the changes are. It really is a different place to live now in a good way!! Keep up the great work to this manager!!!!

This is really a hidden gem in KCMO. Emily has built a great team and is constantly working to improve, update and maintain the property. They have done massive projects including brand new siding, lighting work, improved cameras and grounds maintenance as well as ongoing interior projects to improve overall quality of life. If you are looking for a great community, give Emily and her team a call!

Been here 2 weeks, manager have my car towed that was parked right in front the complex no warning was given not once property manager came to the door, doesn't say in the least.. toilet doesn't flush, hell we can't even turn on heat cuz the furnace don't work. Plz u think bout moving here don't if anyone knows any complaints lawyers r small claims lawyer because I should've have to pay get my car out behind they mistake

Good location for access in any direction. Emily is the property manager. Her, her office staff and the maintenance team provide a well maintained and pleasant community Nice floor plans in one of the nicest apartment complexes in its area.
