These apartments aren't really that bad. You just don't notice everything about a place until you live there. I will say the office attitude is ok, could be better. It's a wooded area so it's tons of squirrels and raccoons so please don't hit one. Pros - Quiet area and no mischief which is highly important. Maintenance orders are serviced quickly, not always correctly. The price is pretty decent. Everything is just ok. Size of the apartments are great. You can rent out the club house, it's just high considering I don't see it being used a lot. Cons - The gates are inoperable. If it's not one gate, it's another. One gate hasn't worked in over a month now. If there was security onsite then I would feel a little better. The water bill runs 70-99 a month which includes sewage. my lease sames average of 35-60. called luxury apartments but, it's not. I've lived in a luxury apartment and had granite Countertops, soaking tops, celling fans in each room, valet trash, and much more. The plastic tubs and siding (whatever it is) is hard to clean. I had tile in my luxury apartments I had in the past. The floor is un leveled. convenience fee to make a payment. Don't screw up your online account that you pay for to get, because you won't be able to go online to make a maintenance request if your account is suspended. The paint has serious streaks and you can tell where the paint was half done. Be nice to have a deadbolt. You can hear people below you and on top or next to you. I hear someone singing or moving around all the time. My downstairs neighbors love to play loud music. Either a bigger or additional trash receptacle would be nice. Supposed to give 24 hour notice before entering an apartment. It's more like the night before. In my eyes I don't see that as 24 hours if I get a notice around 5pm and the people are entering between 10am-3pm. How I knew it was 5pm because I got home that day around 5-5:15 and went outside after being home 30 mins. I come during lunch every day. I guess in their eyes typically people get home at 5 so that's when they will see it. For a person that gets off at 3pm and does not leave the house itâs not 24 hoursâ notice for them.

Beautiful apartments, and just what my best friend and I needed moving from out of state. We chose it because it was a "secure" property with gates, for the amenities and the layout. Staff is AMAZING, Again, beautiful property. Great amenities, AMAZING staff.
