Very peaceful and have had no issues. Maintenance is so quick and efficient. I've enjoyed living here.

Apartments have a really good appearance but are TERRIBLE. I could hear my neighbors conversations and having sex. You can hear people walking and run up and down outside steps in bedroom. Was MAJOR infestation with pest. Spiders, water bugs, MICE. Mice infestation brought flea infestation. after FOUR maintenance request for mice and them filling the holes with foam and mice eating through, they finally used steel wool. There was some kind of plumbing issue in master bedroom that causes pipes to smell, and smell like a sewer. Had to keep bathroom door closed at all times to escape smell. There was only two closets in home. No space at all. The bathrooms all have cheap material and is extremely hard to clean. They make you pay for cleaning of own carpet when moving out. No camera on property. My car was hit by another resident.
