I had a wonderful experience with Valerie, she walked me through step by step and when I wanted to instantly get the keys to the new place that same day! She was patient,friendly and personable. I like that she had the manger double check her work so I wouldn't have any issues. The manager was professional and nice made sure I had everything verbally speaking about in writing so I didn't have any issues. I look forward to living here

My leasing experience at The Haven Apartments was beyond amazing. There was a beauteous young lady named Vallerie who was very helpful. Navigating me around the property showing me the amenities with a great smile and lovely energy. She eradicated any doubts I had moving into the property and also helped with the application process. Thanks Vallerie

Too many bugs and mice! Pest control could not control the amount of bugs on the property! Insulation in apartment is horrible! I paid $150 to have apartment cleaned when I moved out and I was charged $50 for cleaning out fridge! I will never recommend these apartments to anyone! Management sucks they always have nasty attitudes!

I have lived here for 3 years now, and this place was amazing before the new management took over. They have changed everything and make it very clear that they do NOT care about the residents. Plus, they do NOT care or make you feel comfortable in your own home. Maintenance is never resolved due to management and no communication. Pam Pranschke does NOT deserve her position as manager. She is very rude, and doesn't care about the residents. Do not even waste your time with this place. Bugs...mold... Huge problem here.
