Canât find my original post, they probably deleted it. All Iâm going to say is I wouldnât recommend moving here. They have mice and roaches. Update: since new management the place has gotten a lot better, the only thing that I dislike is the school district. We are choosing to homeschool my 5th grader until we move to a better school district. Update 2020: New management fails to respond to tenant issues. Tells you to speak to neighbors then when you do and nothing changes they start reciting the quiet hours. I thought living here would be better with new management but it isnât just different issues. Not planning on renewing my lease in September.

I was very pleased with my last visit from maintenance. They responded quickly to my air condition problem, I have asthma and I cant be in the heat too long, they were pleasant and friendly and got it taken care of quickly and they communicated very well what they were doing and how long it would take. I would give them a five but there is always room for improvement. I had the same situation last summer and I am hoping this doesn't become a routine issue. thank you

Everything was done well and fast. Javier is very friendly and I appreciate him coming to fix my shower during this crazy time.

We moved out after our first lease was up. It was ok. Pros: Quiet on the outside. Most people have jobs and aren't blasting music or loitering around. Individual apartment maintenance issues are often answered quickly. However last summer we were without A/C for 2 weeks because they were too understaffed to fix it. They eventually did put in a new unit that worked well. The staff was reasonably accommodating as long as you don't want anything out of their normal range of duties. It's snowed twice the first winter and they had it plowed and shoveled almost immediately. This winter they were a little slower. Swimming Pool, Google Fiber, and the gym are positives. We haven't noticed any pests despite all the other reviews where that was a significant problem. Good washer & ok dryer in each unit. Good closet space and lots of room. Cons: There aren't lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms so include the cost of lamps and fans in your move-in budget. The plumbing fixtures in the bathrooms are low pressure and cheap. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors, so get a top floor apt and trudge the stairs several times every day, or put up with the noise. Our new neighbors are loud and openly did drugs, so we are had to move out. There is a lack of parking due to 60-70% of the parking being reserved or ''premium" (extra cost), so either you pay extra to reserve spots, or you spend a couple minutes looking for a spot and park far away from your apartment. This is a considerable pain when moving in, as all of the spots in front of the apartment are reserved. So you'll be walking that couch and mattress an extra 20-50 feet at move-in. The gates are a pain, but they're usually open anyway. But getting your key fob off while your car is running is a pain, so maybe that's not much of a drawback. There's only one dumpster/compacter, so taking out the trash is always a trip. During very cold temperatures the apartment stays very cold as the heating units are weak and not able to warm the place up. The windows and patio doors are fairly cheap and don't insulate the apartment well. Ownership found a way to act as an intermediary 3rd party billing service for the water company, so your water bill will run between $80-$95 a month for 2 people even though the faucets and showers don't put out much water-- so be sure to include that in your rent budget. There have been about a dozen car break in's in the last month and other types of theft. They don't have cameras or car garages or on site security, so I suppose that's to be expected. We were 4 days late with rent our last month there due to a death in the family, and they charged us $300 in late fees, but did take $100 off. The bad stuff tends to stick in your mind, but overall it wasn't a nightmare, it just wasn't pleasant. Neither a thumbs up or down, but if you're looking for advice then my advice is to keep looking.
