Mrs. Anita truly was a Blessing to my situation, she took the initiative to help me and even came in on her day off to work on getting me in sooner than expected. Mrs. Anita made this search end so peacefully for me , took time to do a follow up with me after my tour, (something none of the other complexes did) understood my situation and took action on it so fast! I can’t believe my first apartment was so stress free and turned out very enjoyable and exciting thanks to this wonderful woman, who also stayed in contact with me everyday! Moving is and probably will always be a stressful time, but with consistent and helpful people like Mrs. Anita I can assure anyone, she’ll take your situation and act on it very quickly, leaving you in wonder of what you were ever stressing about!

I loved living at Haven. The apartments were nice and the community was great. I never had any issues throughout the year that I lived there. I had to move so I could be closer to work, but I would highly recommend living here.

Really nice to start. The apartments look very nice on the outside and very clean and well maintained on the insid . The front desk staff is also very great, warm, and friendly. Maintenance is second to none. If we ever had any problems they were on it within hours or by the next day. This is about where it ends, however. For the price you have to pay for the extra "amenities" you should look elsewhere. The "gated community" is a joke as the back gates never work and are often broken and stuck open for months at a time letting anyone drive it. The walk in gates are always open allowing homeless people to walk in. And there is only one camera on the front gate. The hot tub was never operational the entire year I was there and the pool closed as well. 24 hour security is also non-existent (sometimes there's a parked security car during the day with no one ever in it or moving it) even after a night where 30+ cars were broken into. This leads me to management. They communicate everything through text chains but don't include everyone in the chain (my fiancé and I often got different ones). We never received our referral bonus for referring a new resident. And there was another attempted break in in the complex with a police chase with K9 units and assault rifles through the complex and we never got a single word from them. As stated, the apartments themselves are nice, but for the extra hassle and cost I'd look elsewhere as it is not a nice area to skip out on security.

Very very recently moved to Haven from out of state. Obviously a weird time to move anywhere in the midst of a pandemic, but I’m enjoying it so far. The area is beautiful, quiet and pretty peaceful. Neighbors have been friendly. Apartment had some minor issues on move in, but maintenance has been kinda sorta on it. I say ‘kinda sorta’ because communication has been lacking. As in there’s been no text or email that maintenance will show up on a specific date and time. It’s only been by chance that I was home when Matt’s knocked on the door. Leasing agent Anita’s been very attentive in general, and has gone the extra mile a couple times. Perhaps that’s one reason the lack of communication from maintenance stands out. I might amend this in a few months when I’ve experienced more of Haven, but I’m the meantime, I like living here.
