This apartment complex is trash. When I first moved there well kept snow clean from walk ways and streets. Salt out down for our safety. I seen a few ppl sliding dang near fell to their tail. These past couple of yrs has been a damn circus. 🤡 you tell them a problem they procrastinate til it’s below zero outside to address the problems. The name change doesn’t make the property better. Getting double charged for trash. No resident asked for valet trash service, something the landlord should pay for. Still didn’t change anything on how nasty the trash looks. You walk out your door with raccoons and other wildlife in front of your door eating trash. The focus isn’t improving it just about the money. There is no accountability!!!!!! A complete failure among management and the property owners.

They managed to get google to delete the reviews that had pictures of the chicken coups, rats, racoons, roaches, and group of people butchering whole pigs on the balconies making the place smell horrid. Cars broken into every night, they changed the entire name of this place to hide from it all. My girlfriend was harassed by maintenance, and not just cat calling WALKING IN RANDOMLY. Multiple girls who she met at the pool (during the week it actually was open) shared the same experiences, no firing, no change. If you want to pay over 1k a month with bugs for roommates go ahead. Make sure you visit on a Sunday so you can see the mount Everest of trash that piles up every week.

This was my first time moving into an apartment, and from the beginning, Anita at the leasing office made everything extremely easy with her friendliness and professionalism! I cannot thank her enough for her promptness in helping me move in, she is awesome! The apartment has several amenities included and is in a nice area; it’s close to stores if you need anything. The community is peaceful and the surrounding area is well-maintained.

These staff member are rude and don’t fix anything NONE of the dryers work and haven’t worked for the whole time I’ve lived here, I moved in at may an they charged me for rent as soon as I moved in, an rent is in the beginning of the month and chose to move me in at the last day of the month so that I would have to instantly pay the next day! They have bugs an all the windows don’t fully close and the air an heater don’t work fully. They ignore your requests for maintenance and hang up on you. They lock the gates with chains so you can get in even tho we have keys for the gates but they switched it from the keys to a lock only they can unlock, making there only 1 way to get in and they tow your car if you don’t have the next years tags even if you got months to go til the next year.

so we hiding videos & reviews now? i would not recommend living at this apartment it's a very disgusting environment t. i wouldn't feel safe having my kids at this complex there is a serious raccoon problem & they chase you & try to bite you. most of the time i can't get up to my apartment because the raccoons are blocking me off from upstairs.

the maintenance guys are very unprofessional & don’t get anything done. one time i caught on my ring camera that they was talking sexually about a resident that didn’t have clothes on when they went inside the house.

i’ve been promised the last 5 years that these apartments would go back to being good again. but management makes promises to help you & they don’t come thru. they always say going to call you back later & they never do. i have to call no caller id just to get a answer out of the management. ive thru hell with this complex. where do i start? drug dealers shooting ak47s when there mad at there girlfriend. uber drivers getting robbed by drug dealers. going weeks in the summer without ac. the pool being closed all summer . women that don’t know how to drive with no insurance backing into me because the gate wasn’t going up. my heat not working. my ceiling leaking about to collapse lasted 3 months. the sink being clogged up. mold in bathroom. dryer not working takes 10 hours to dry my clothes ruining my clothes. there’s so many things about this place i would not recommend anyone to live here. i forgot to add my water tank was on the verge of exploding i had to deal with my apartment being 90 degrees from october to november i called the office a million times to send maintenance & they never came & i finally had to call the gas & fire department. they said my water tank was about to explode & could’ve been bad. the property manager emily told me she was going to help me break my lease with no fees or reduce my rent. she had me write her a whole email she said she was going to get back to me she never did i called today & they said there is nothing they can do because it’s been a month. i can’t wait to leave this hell.

Maintenance don't exist,you have to go to the office numerous times to complain to get anything done. They say they are short maintenance men. Still haven't got my dryer fix!!
