I move in fairly quickly. I should have done more research. The first year was okay. The apartment is very poorly insulated. You never get warm enough. You can hear everything from your neighbors. Couple under me fought almost every night. They eventually moved. Parking is horrible in the building I lived in .building 21.I witness drug deals in the parking lot. I was was cursed at by my neighbor, he said I was taking too long to open my door because I was trying to be noisy but he used the f word three times. My car eas scratched and my windshield broken. I couldn't prove it so nothing could be done. There was a leak under the kitchen sink it took 2 weeks to get fixed. Not to mention mice. And a large stress cracks .Water bill kept getting higher and higher. The Only bright side was Mrs Anita she was very helpful .The trash compactor is always overflowing, its an eyesore driving up and seeing trash pilled up.The gates are always broken.

Great Customer Service, love living in this community feels like home. Office Staff and Property Manager are extremely helpful and always available. I'm also glad they keep everyone informed via text.

First off, MOST of the office staff is great…manager, not so much. They are so polite and you can tell that they pretty much all genuinely care about their residents (again, not the manager). Also, the buildings are decent for the area that we're in. BUT, outside of that, the management (including the current manager) they are NOT good. They cheaply "fix" everything and even try making some residents pay for repairs and upkeep that are the responsibility of the landlord. Part of that is the fact that this is a "gated" community, but the gates are broken most of the time so they're permanently stuck open, or they don't have any kind of heating element, so they freeze shut so now they are left open all the time. All in all, it's all a nice exterior, but in the end, it's just a façade for a landlord wanting to make a cheap buck and not care about their tenants. The pictures show what it ACTUALLY looks like here majority of the time.
