The apartment is great and Doris is fantastic however whoever “cleaned” my apartment before move in did a terrible job I can’t get the cat smell to go away from the previous tenant there were someone else’s dishes in the dishwasher and you could clearly see they only wiped half the kitchen backsplash. I recommend moving here because they are on top of everything but somethings just need more addressing

The apartment is great and Doris is fantastic however whoever “cleaned” my apartment before move in did a terrible job I can’t get the cat smell to go away from the previous tenant there were someone else’s dishes in the dishwasher and you could clearly see they only wiped half the kitchen backsplash. I recommend moving here because they are on top of everything but somethings just need more addressing

For the most part had a wonderful experience living at Haven. The staff was friendly, the site’s amenities and decor was modern and the neighbors were kind for the most part as well. I’d still be living there if there wasn’t this family event that forced me to re-locate. My only issue with Haven was that they allowed tenants to spoke marijuana in the apartments and didn’t seem very motivated at all to try and rectify it. I didn’t have many maintenance issues with the apartment for the almost 2 years I resided there but the few times that I did, the maintenance men didn’t fix the issue the first time they came and I had to call the office to ask them to come back another day because they never made the fix. They fixed it in the end but frustrating that I had to call every time after they “completed” their maintenance order.
