Anita was super helpful and professional during the leasing process. The property is well managed and maintained. I just moved in but so far it’s been great!

Edit: When I put in my notice to not renew my lease, they sent me a new offer reducing the offered rent hike, I think it was around $75. Each week as my move out date approached, they kept offering me lower rent hikes. The week I was to move out, they offered to let me stay for the same price as I was currently paying. Edit: I moved out of Haven because the property was poorly maintained. I submitted work orders via email that were missed. It sometimes took days to a week to have work orders addressed. I complained about raccoons in the attic and it was never addressed. Dumpster was always overflowing, there were weeds all along the building entrances, chipping paint, took 9 months to address a multitude of pot holes. Rent elsewhere. Edit: Be aware pest control, water, sewer, and trash are separate monthly costs and are charged on a usage or pro-rata share basis depending on the charge. I got my first bill, and the cumulative costs are 3x as much as my last apartment's water/sewer/trash fees. A word to the wise to budget appropriately. It is unfortunate that a person so wholly unsuited for customer service is now an assistant manager of The Haven. I am literally at a loss for words at how someone so inept has reached her position. Johndalyne Holly should be fired. I know I am not the only person who has complained. I am bringing a law suit against The Haven specifically because of her bumbling, cowardly and frankly stupid handling of valid tenant concerns. Do not rent here. You will regret it.

So far everything is going good. My move in has been nothing but amazing. Minor issue of the blinds but the staff here has been nothing but wonderful so I'm sure my blind issue will be handled as soon as possible. I love my apartment!!!

Ms. Anita is this place’s only saving grace. We are going on day 4 with no air conditioning in the dead of July. Twice now, we’ve had our water shut off with no warning at 7:00am in the morning while we are getting ready for work for routine maintenance. The pool didn’t open until the week after July 4th and then abruptly closed again for several days. The gates rarely work and are either inaccessible/closed or wide open for anyone to wander in at all hours of the night. We’ve heard gun shots several times as of late. The grounds are poorly maintained. The list could go on. It’s sad, because this place was great a year ago. I suspect they’ve come under new management or can’t keep good people employed. I hope other residents have had a better experience than I have.
