I've visited my son here on multiple occasions. For starters the outside of the apartments are filled with packed up dust on the buildings and on the floor. I also couldn't help but see they have ONE single trash bin for multiple apartments. Imagine being there and your car breaks down and you are having to walk quite a long ways with trash in hand summer or winter. The amenities in the apartments aren't worth the rent being charged. The dishwasher always reeks because of the pipe line. Walking to the back bedroom is a huge dip in the floor like walking down a minor hill. Both bathrooms the ceiling over the shower is falling in and the material used for the tubs make it hard to clean. Not to mention the office tends to give him a hard time about a few things. They seem to be more of a hinderance than help when it comes to his rent! Lets just say if you are looking to KEEP looking! Overpriced, Poor Management and apartments are poorly put together.

Anita was super helpful and professional during the leasing process. The property is well managed and maintained. I just moved in but so far it’s been great! Edit: Be aware pest control, water, sewer, and trash are separate monthly costs and are charged on a usage or pro-rata share basis depending on the charge. I got my first bill, and the cumulative costs are 3x as much as my last apartment's water/sewer/trash fees. A word to the wise to budget appropriately.

First off, the office staff is great! They are so polite and you can tell that they pretty much all genuinely care about their residents. Also, the buildings are pretty nice for the area that we're in. BUT, outside of that, the management (not anybody in the office) they are NOT good. They cheaply "fix" everything and even try making some residents pay for repairs and upkeep that are the responsibility of the landlord. Part of that is the fact that this is a "gated" community, but the gates are broken most of the time so they're permanently stuck open, or they don't have any kind of heating element, so they freeze shut so now they are left open most all winter long. All in all, it's all a very nice exterior, but in the end, it's just a façade for a landlord wanting to make a cheap buck and not care about their tenants. The pictures show what it ACTUALLY looks like here majority of the time.

There’s a lot that comes with moving from place to place especially this being my first move and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else helping me with it. Ms Anita made sure I was covered through the whole process.
