Anita was super helpful and professional during the leasing process. The property is well managed and maintained. I just moved in but so far it’s been great! Edit: Be aware pest control, water, sewer, and trash are separate monthly costs and are charged on a usage or pro-rata share basis depending on the charge. I got my first bill, and the cumulative costs are 3x as much as my last apartment's water/sewer/trash fees. A word to the wise to budget appropriately.

First off, the office staff is great! They are so polite and you can tell that they pretty much all genuinely care about their residents. Also, the buildings are pretty nice for the area that we're in. BUT, outside of that, the management (not anybody in the office) they are NOT good. They cheaply "fix" everything and even try making some residents pay for repairs and upkeep that are the responsibility of the landlord. Part of that is the fact that this is a "gated" community, but the gates are broken most of the time so they're permanently stuck open, or they don't have any kind of heating element, so they freeze shut so now they are left open most all winter long. All in all, it's all a very nice exterior, but in the end, it's just a faÃ§ade for a landlord wanting to make a cheap buck and not care about their tenants. The pictures show what it ACTUALLY looks like here majority of the time.

Thereâ€™s a lot that comes with moving from place to place especially this being my first move and I wouldnâ€™t have wanted anyone else helping me with it. Ms Anita made sure I was covered through the whole process.

From the minute you walk into the office everyone is so welcoming. This would be the first apartment I have moved into and I love it so far ! Anita helped me with everything .

Moved out here a few days Ago! The apartment I got was very clean and Spacious, Anita was a lot of help and super good at being sure to help me through the whole process of renting the apartment, as this is the first apartment I have gotten. So far everything is good and I look forward to being here for a while. Anita is a great lease consultant! Extremely helpful!
