Nice gated complex, not sure about the prices however.

Terrible owners. Look at the reviews from multiple locations. Horrible management company. We did work for them during the summer turnover. Four months later they still owe us over $1000. The local property managers will not return phone calls they are rude and insulting when I stopped by to talk to them about their debt. The regional manager Rae Ann Napolean was very responsive when she needed work done and now wonât answer calls either. AMC corporate is in Utah and will not return calls or emails. Beware of them and their other property in town the Cross Creek Villas. We are not the only contractor they have stolen from.

They are very rude in the leasing office. One lady yells every time she answers the phone at you. They will keep your deposit so make sure you take pictures before actually moving in. Worst place ever I will not be renewing my lease because of how they treat their tenants.

I've visited my son here on multiple occasions. For starters the outside of the apartments are filled with packed up dust on the buildings and on the floor. I also couldn't help but see they have ONE single trash bin for multiple apartments. Imagine being there and your car breaks down and you are having to walk quite a long ways with trash in hand summer or winter. The amenities in the apartments aren't worth the rent being charged. The dishwasher always reeks because of the pipe line. Walking to the back bedroom is a huge dip in the floor like walking down a minor hill. Both bathrooms the ceiling over the shower is falling in and the material used for the tubs make it hard to clean. Not to mention the office tends to give him a hard time about a few things. They seem to be more of a hinderance than help when it comes to his rent! Lets just say if you are looking to KEEP looking! Overpriced, Poor Management and apartments are poorly put together.
