They answered my questions but I feel like the real tool management company should make it a point to put it in their advertisements whether they accept section 8 housing or not or if someone asks let him know more quickly instead of making them call several times or repeatedly ask.

Lived here from '18 to '21. Overall experience was great. Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance doesn't take too long, easy access to the highway, if you work in OP you can get there quite quickly, gated, a good amount of sq footage, was fairly priced at the time. Cons: Late night parties at the pool going well past midnight during the summer, gates are always broken but this is mostly due to people trying to beat the gate, security is kind of a joke, trash overfills quickly, lease renewal price was a bit outrageous.

The amount they charge to live here is absurd. The gates are constantly broken, the garbage is regularly overflowing (for some reason we have 1 dumpster?), and the outsides of the apartments seem to get little to no maintenance. The only way I'd recommend living here is if the price was cut by a solid 300 dollars, but the fact that the place is so poorly maintained AND my rent is increasing ~8%... I wouldn't recommend living here.

The building I lived in was quiet and my neighbors were great! The apartment it’s self was nice with good carpeting and freshly painted walls. If you have a dog it’s complex is nice for dog walks. It needed knew windows and insulation in the walls. I had a window that would never seal up even after it was “fixed” so that made for a cold bedroom. The fitness center is junk, the dumpster is always spilling over, people will have parties at the pool late into the night and the security is impossible to reach. Their gate system is a joke it’s always open and broken. But for sitting under the grand view triangle it’s a nice place I can’t complain to much. The employees were always so friendly and helpful!

Terrible owners. Look at the reviews from multiple locations. Horrible management company. We did work for them during the summer turnover. Four months later they still owe us over $1000. The local property managers will not return phone calls they are rude and insulting when I stopped by to talk to them about their debt. The regional manager Rae Ann Napolean was very responsive when she needed work done and now won’t answer calls either. AMC corporate is in Utah and will not return calls or emails. Beware of them and their other property in town the Cross Creek Villas. We are not the only contractor they have stolen from.

They are very rude in the leasing office. One lady yells every time she answers the phone at you. They will keep your deposit so make sure you take pictures before actually moving in. Worst place ever I will not be renewing my lease because of how they treat their tenants.
