Haven is nice and clean, maintenance is wonderful and spraying for pest control and others well kept up very well I had no problem with that. My bad experience was the person above me, she was terrible no respect the tenant under her. Her personal business I heard every night, this man will just walk the floor, they would wake me up through the night. Her babysitting sound like about four kids their running jumping and bumping falling hard on the floor this went on for months. Washing clothes every day and night especially when the weekend comes. Animal stratching the walls and floors, it seems like it was always something. I had to get up for work at 4:00 am Monday through Friday, with all the noise this lady kept up each day and night it was a very bad experience for me. I've age so bad not getting my rest through the night, my hair came out from all the stress. Yes I reported it her to the office, called the Public Safety Officer, dispatch even recognize my voice or my phone number they was sick of me. When they come over to check things out or the office would say something this lady she would just lye and say that's not true. Her company knew me and how I look. Some morning leaving out for work it would get scary. One night I heard this lady screaming, this man was jumping on her. I was afraid for her life and myself, all the others that live at building 24. This person above me, where I use to live at 10326 Hillcrest Rd Apt 14 Building 24 she live directly above me. I advices nobody to live in this apartment, she has no quiet respect for you. Haven really need to evict this person for all the tenants she has run away. I had no quiet time in my apartment for a whole year suffering. when I would come home from a hard days work tired or just sick with a bad headache. My experience at Haven Apartments was just horrible I couldn't wait for my lease to be up, one whole year I've suffered living at Haven Apartments, a nightmare. I thank God for my peace now, so sad I had to move out.
