I have had a great experience since moving in December! Miss sue and miss Emily made my application and move in process very smooth! They handle all my requests in a timely manner I highly recommend!!

Please do not live here. Right off the bat there were a lot of red flags my husband and I overlooked because we were moving on such short notice and really needed a place. When we first moved in the apartment had not been cleaned, the hot water had a red tag on it, and there was still trash and damages from the maintenance crew that we fixed and cleaned up in order to move in after our move in date had been changed multiple times. While living there the maintenance would take forever to fix anything we were once left without a working dryer for amount three weeks. Now since moving out they are trying to charge us an arm and a leg for move out fees and “damages” and we have tried to call and email to discuss why we are being charged these fees and we continued to be ignored or when we have gotten someone on the phone we are told they’re busy and will call us right back and then precedes to hang up and never call back

Anita & Sue were fantastic to work with during our rental process. Maintenance did not have our apartment ready on time and didn't take care of things immediately. My new neighbor informed me of certain dogs running loose & will try to attack. If I run into this, I hope the property owners handle this correctly.

Complex smells because whatever garbage valet company they hire cannot do their job properly and everyone leaves their trash out lying around as a result. The fee for trash valet is mandatory, yet you will have to walk your garbage out to the one dumpster on the complex yourself. Dog poop everywhere, including in your own patios from neighbors’ dogs. No matter what you make a formal complaint about, they will not care to fix it. Broken gates. Rats. Rust, mildew, and mold in overpriced units. Management puts no effort in caring for things that actually matter.

I’ve been trying to get my closet rack fixed for over two weeks and when the maintenance man finally showed up, he did not put any type of support of the very back of the shelves. This will collapse again.
