My leasing experience at The Haven Apartments was beyond amazing. There was a young lady named Vallerie who was very helpful. Navigating me around the property showing me the amenities with a great smile and lovely energy. She eradicated any doubts I had moving into the property and also helped with the application process. I just recently moved in! I have much research and read a lot of reviews. I have read the reviews of other apartments and they consisted of poor management or poor units in general, but I can not say the same about Haven. The units are incredible and the office staff is amazing. Johndalyne and Anita are the nicest and funniest people Iâm met so far. They both are a power team and helped me feel really comfortable and welcomed. I would recommend Haven. Decently priced and amazing looking apartments! Make sure you ask for Anita or Johndalyne. Also w&d in each unit!!

This area is great! Very clean space. Very kind people. Amazing customer service needs as well as being close to just about everything within a 5-10 mile radius.

UPDATE: Overall, my stay here was good. What bothered me the most about the apartment complex staff is the lack of communication. Firstly, I was very upset finding out there was a rental increase after I wouldâve needed to put in my 60-day notice. Imagine being 8 months pregnant and having to rush & move ð®âð¨. Secondly, the deposit disposition. You will owe two months worth of utilities upon move out. It was explained to me that your usage dates are not up to date with the monthly rent you pay each month. Makes no sense and seems like a deceitful way to keep your deposit. When it comes to pest control, idk if they were doing my apartment. Maybe they were scared of my chihuahua. I told them to call before arrival. Gates were ALWAYS malfunctioning esp. the back gate. Dog poop was everywhere around my building. . . . The staff is great (Thank you Johndalyne)! The area is quiet and complex is well maintained. Iâm very pleased thus far!

Loved living here, lived here for 4 years. The staff was always friendly and accommodating and I had very few maintenance issues. The building were I lived was really quiet and the grounds are nicely kept. Very nice place to live.

Anita and the entire staff at the Haven have made the moving in experience wonderful and after 5 months of being moved in I can say they truly provided a 5 star service
