Would not recommend rent is $1000 gotta be paying for amenities and the pool is never working 🤷🏾‍♀️

So far Anita in the office has been a ton of help and very straight forward, spent a lot of time looking for somewhere with good reviews and helpful office staff, and Haven seems to fit. Only been here a few days so at the end of my lease I will for sure update my review on my experience over all.

In very poor condition!!! the floors are so bad & weak. There are some terrible peoples living there, they don't pick up after the dog's & they will mess with you. Don't go there things will happen to you..

Living here for the first 8 months was pretty good. Management wasn't bad nor was the unit too shabby, but then there were some changes made in the front office and things went downhill from there. Wish the experience went better during my last few months.
