I intally gave a positive review due to the pleasant experience with some of the staff, but after 2 years of living here I can no longer keep that impression, as bad far outweigh the good. I want to first clarify that many of the staff and maintenance are friendly and well meaning people, but the management of this complex is incredibly poor. The extermination attempts to little to control the pest problem as there are spiders constantly crawling throughout the house even dropping from the ceiling. Also a terrible place to have a pet, many neighbors let there dogs freely run rampant about the common living space and litter the grounds with feces. Management will send a laughable text message about âleashing your dogsâ and then do absolutely nothing when that âruleâ is constantly violated. Then theyâll threaten $100 fines if you have something on your porch that isnât a plant or lawn chair!? I say with complete sincerity that youâre gambling your pets safety every time you take them for a walk. And youâre gambling with your personal own safety as well as this area is incredibly unsafe. There are strings of car break ins, gun shots, (neither of which they bothered to inform us residents) and a car entrance gate that is constantly broken, I can honestly not remember any time where the gate was fully operational.And thereâs been 1 -2 small fires in my building and no safety messages where ever given to residents not even where fire extinguishers were. Iâve had many great neighbors but also some that will spew violent threats to you. On top of all that, the 20% spike in our rent cost doesnât help at all. I cannot recommend anyone to live in this complex in its current state.
