Quiet, very helpful leasing office from everyone - positive energy to a positive lady Anita, listens well and helpful with any troubles. I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have run into situations. Thank you for the safety and easy process.

Lived here for over three years and this place has fallen off the cliff from quality to safety. It's become hood living at best and you are being deceived by the gated apartments selling tactics! Shoppers, don't believe their apologies on here! It's for marketing reasons. People drive fast in the apartments, their trash all over, blast music, and live next to thuggo is what you get.

April 30, 2023 - the maintenance man responded to an emergency relatedness a leak. Anytime they are called they handle matters quickly and effectively. January 2023- Anita (leasing agent) is amazing. She made my entire experience seemless and prompt. She cares for people and even makes special handmade key rings for them. She is an angel.

I'm not using my other account simply because i still have to live here and pay more than this place is worth but this has been my experience. The staff and maintenance are generally all nice and curious. They say they have a lot of nice features and benefits. The only one I can honestly name is the washer and dryer being in the apartment. Maintenance can feel a bit flaky at times but for small things they aren't terrible and are generally timely unless its big and then you are probably screwed for getting it done soon. This place is expense. They have a gate that only worked for the first month or 2 when i moved in over a year ago, otherwise its either open or closed and doesn't even let residents in. All features on the grounds suck. Dog park gates are almost completely off the hinges. The Trash compacter Until very recently would be overflowing into the street regularly. The pool was open for at most one month this year and most of that was still closed for maintenance. On top of that because they don't take care of the gates and removed a bunch of speed bumps its not unusual for people to speed through or for you to hear guns shots near by. The icing is an apartment right by the broken gate got shot at and the gate is still not fixed.
