Keith was exceptional, we filed a maintenance request and he was over ASAP. Fixed our issues and was on his way. Very courteous and professional. Haven has got the best maintenance crew around. 5/5.

I would never live here again. The door to my apartment doesnât close all the way and has issues locking. I donât feel safe in this apartment. My water heater has gone out six times in the 4 months. They will not fix it correctly, instead they do a scrappy maintenance job. My air conditioning has been out for weeks now in the 70-80 degree heat. Management and maintenance is lacking.

Do not live here! This staff here was very shady. When I moved out, I asked to be present during the inspection of the apartment as is my right through Missouri law. While I was there, they did the inspection and said everything looked good and were no issues. Then I found out a few weeks later that they did ANOTHER inspection without me present where they said they now found issues. They didn't give me a report of the issues and the reasons they would withhold portions of my deposit. Instead they went straight to a lawyer who informed me of the second inspection without me present (which is a violation of the law) and told me to pay or it would go to court. They are shady and spiteful like that. Do not live here!

When my hot water wasn't working they came that day and fixed the problem. Thank you office staff for filling out the request and thank you maintenance for your timely response to the problem.
