I lived here a little over two years. My initial experience was not the greatest, I was told what my deposit was going to be, paid it and on move in day still has another balance and wasnât sure where it came from. Had to go back and forth with the office because they werenât calculating my balance correctly. Fast forward over the years and any time Iâd have to call the office for something or go and speak with them, their attitudes were not always the greatest in the leasing office. (Not everyone in the office, but some) Ms. Johndalynne Holly who Iâve had several conversations with and was the assistant manager or actual manager has been extremely rude on several occasions to the point where I called upper management to file a complaint. Iâve experienced a multitude of spiders, roaches, and mice. When told about the mice. I was told that several buildings were dealing with the mice issue. Maintenance did come out initially but were supposed to come back to patch up the hole and never did. I called after I moved out because I was never sent an itemized list of what of what was deducted from my deposit, which is illegal. They were supposed to reach back out regarding that but did not. I would not recommend living here to anyone, the experience over my 2 years was poor and a bit traumatizing with all the rodents/bugs. Look elsewhere.
