Lived here for 9 months. It's nice and easy to get on interstates, can get anywhere in KC in 20-30 minutes.

These apartments are a joke. Issue after issue after issue. Let me start with a quality check. These are $700 valued rentals posing as luxury apartments charging $1,200+. I wouldnât recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I have lived at this location since 2019 and I can say the last two years have been horrible. I have experienced a roach infestation and a rodent was present. When contacting the office about the pest control, I was told it was normal. Management was notified December 2022 and k currently still see roaches. There is constant mold build up and it looks like ceiling is experiencing water damage. Also the reviews are correct, this is spider city. I kill at least 8 spiders a week. The walls are then and I have neighbors under me that argue everyday. I can hear their conversations and the kids yelling so much that I canât sleep. I believe this place is not worth 1.1k. Remember this place use to be low income housing so the renovations are not enough to suffice. Also look at the zip code, the gunshots and crime are real outside these gates. Cars get broken into and alot of our cars got keyed but no one offered help. Do yourself and your family a favor, do not move here.

Office staff is extremely rude. You will wait forever for maintenance requests, and they will be half done. Please save yourself the trouble, and rent somewhere else. Called, and asked to speak to the manager, and was hung up in my face by Anita.
