Ms Anita very nice, helpful, pleasant, courteous. Property manager Vivian, not so much. Needed help adding name on app. Anita was off this day. Vivian answered, saying she doesn't know how to go about it, but she'd try to find out. Call back between 12-1PM. Did so, no answer. So I went up there. Vivian eating lunch. Greeted her, Introduced myself , asked if she was Vivian? She said no, which i knew was a lie keep reading. She asked, What can I do for you? Explained my issue needing help with adding a name on online app. Here's when the truth was revealed. I told you I'd call you back when I find out something! I don't know if she realized it or not, but lady you just admitted that yes you are indeed Vivian. Why lie, I'm thinking to myself. Vivian was so irate, beyond extremely rude, unprofessional! Needless to say, Vivian cost Ms. Anita my sale due to her nasty attitude. Here, I'm a potential customer, you yell and are unpleasant. Like whoever owns Haven Apts KC needs to think twice if they want to make money or lose it? As long as Vivian is there, her nasty,rude, unprofessional attitude will definitely run off any potential customers! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, PROCEED WITH CAUTION ! This is a real, so, sovreal review. No bcrap!! FACTS!!
