Iâve got to say, iâve been at some bad apartment complexes, but so far haven is top of the list, if I could give a 0 I would. Since my tour I was lied to about the level of attention to problems, the environment, etc. Firstly the sound level is horrible, people with illegal exhausts at 3am, gunshots, very loud and hard to sleep. I have repeatedly asked for my ac to be fixed since iâve moved in which would make it 6 months with no air conditioning whatsoever. Thereâs been something living in the ceiling above my bed, and every person they send to help just says âoh I canât get up thereâ. The slogan here is âluxury at its finestâ, yet in the 7 months iâve been here, the trash compactor caught fire and was down, front gate has never been fixed, people living in vans in the parking lot taking up spaces, and so much more. Please stay far away from this place, they ignore requests, donât call back AT ALL, donât care about your well being, and yet your charged $300 if your 2 days late on the rent ð¤¯. Lastly, youâll never get in contact with actual property management if you have an issue, they just donât exist I guess. Lots of things need to be done here, and I will not be re signing my lease at this miserable place. STAY AWAY

My window is falling out bugs crawl through all day cars broken into months ago and the glass is still in the parking lot today. Balcony still hasnât been fixed bathroom door hasnât been fixed rent is high standards are low.

I would give zero stars if I could. The place is falling apart. The first week I moved in my apartment was infested with fleas (I donât have any pets) nor have I ever had a flea infestation in my life. I had to sleep in my car a few days because the infestation was so bad. my washer broke in a few months living here and maintenance didnât care. My garbage disposal stopped working the first month which made the apartment smell awful and leaked water from the dishwasher. Toilets always clog with any toilet paper and have difficulty flushing. I was opening the freezer and the handle came off. The foundation of my apartment was sliding so there were cracked in the windows where the cold would come in. The walls were so paper thin, i could hear the nearby school kids all day. The bathroom mirror fell off the wall randomly at night. My ceiling would leak when it rained. There was paint drops all over the the floor from the landlord special. The neighbor kept stealing stuff off my porch and ripped off a piece my porch to steal it. police nor apartments couldnt do anything from "lack of proof". there was always mountains of trash from the overflowing community trash. gates never worked. huge potholes damaged my car. Security patrol doesnt exist, it's just an abandoned old deputy car sitting in a parking space for the past year. Office never picks up the phone, after you sign a lease immediately their true colors come out.

Gate has never worked since i've been here. my neighbor's car has been stolen multiple times to the point he does even fix the window now. trash absolutely everywhere. Office lady is extremely rude. This morning I had to drive around two trash bags in the middle of the road to go to work.

This is a terrible place to live especially for the price. The facilities are never working or if they do its for only like a week before they are broken again. Trash is constantly over flowing. Back Gate is forever broken and stuck open. And After Getting shot at in the apartment and the owners still forcing us to buy out instead of being nice and lettings us go(even though its there fault they dont fix the gates) They still left a charge on our account that they did not call or try to reach out to us about even after we paid them $2500 for the buy out plus the two months we still had to live there constantly being worried and stressed we might get shot at again because this place is terrible

DONâT JUST DONâT. This place use to be so nice and have no issues. The past 6+ months have been a 180. My new neighbors slaughter pigs and chickens then hang them in the outside closet. Trash is everywhere. Bugs were never an issue until now. Imagine inviting your friends over, and theyâre treated with a mountain of trash thatâs spread out everywhere.

Donât do it. My friend and I moved in because the price was pretty affordable for a 2 bed 2 bath and the location was decent. I wish we did more research. 1. Our hot water didnât work our very first day we moved in. We called them to let them know and it took a few days. When we called again, they told us it was a Spire issue. We called Spire and they told us there was nothing they could do since our gas worked. Called the office again and after a few days, they finally sent 2 guys out to look at it and it was a simple fix that couldâve saved us a few days without hot water if they just sent someone out. 2. Our AC stopped working our first month here. Summer in the Midwest, it gets hot. Again, it took days for someone to come out and look at it. 3. The neighbors have 10+ people in their apartment, school age kids who donât go to school, they live in vans scattered across the units, they even had a rooster in a plastic storage container by the front door. They are loud and weâve called the cops on them multiple times for noise complaints. The office wonât do anything about them. 4. They tagged my car to be towed with a note that said call the office to handle this. I called them several times. Everytime I called, no one answered or the property manager was NEVER in and she didnât bother to return my call. They had my car towed at 9pm on a Tuesday and I had to pay $500 to get it out of the tow lot a week before Christmas. Because they failed to communicate anything with me. 5. The trash overflows nonstop. They towed my car because expired tags and they wanted to âclean up the propertyâ but they arenât worried about the filth or the 10 janky vans that people live in all around the complex. We pay $25 for trash services and for what? 6. We pay to live in a gated community. We pay to feel secure. But my roommates car was broken into 2 times in a week because the gates donât work. We also noticed in the lease that there is supposed to be patrol or security 24/7 but in the 6 months weâve lived here, we have never seen any patrolman or security. 7. Our garage disposal hasnât worked for over a week. We have called several times about this, among other issues we need to address with the property manager. We have called EVERYDAY for 2 weeks but we canât get an answer or again, the property manager is never in. We are fed up with the negligence. The apartment isnât worth this headache. You can find cheaper and better. The poor communication, the lack of security, and the unwillingness to cooperate with tenets needs to be addressed and fixed.
