Iâve got to say, iâve been at some bad apartment complexes, but so far haven is top of the list, if I could give a 0 I would. Since my tour I was lied to about the level of attention to problems, the environment, etc. Firstly the sound level is horrible, people with illegal exhausts at 3am, gunshots, very loud and hard to sleep. I have repeatedly asked for my ac to be fixed since iâve moved in which would make it 6 months with no air conditioning whatsoever. Thereâs been something living in the ceiling above my bed, and every person they send to help just says âoh I canât get up thereâ. The slogan here is âluxury at its finestâ, yet in the 7 months iâve been here, the trash compactor caught fire and was down, front gate has never been fixed, people living in vans in the parking lot taking up spaces, and so much more. Please stay far away from this place, they ignore requests, donât call back AT ALL, donât care about your well being, and yet your charged $300 if your 2 days late on the rent ð¤¯. Lastly, youâll never get in contact with actual property management if you have an issue, they just donât exist I guess. Lots of things need to be done here, and I will not be re signing my lease at this miserable place. STAY AWAY
