I was here for 12 months and there was nothing but issues. First off, there is only one trash compacter for the entire complex, so itâs constantly overflowing. The road noise is awful, itâs right next to the grandview triangle so pretty much constant noise. Lots, and I mean lots, of crime. People dump stolen cars here (because the gates never worked the entire time I was there), gunshots, and I constantly had packages stolen. The buildings themselves are awfully maintained. All maintenance does is quick fixes and never addresses the real issue. It takes them damn near a month to even get to your maintenance issue. My building had 6 pipes burst last winter and the building flooded. I was fortunate and didnât get hit too bad, but the units across from me were totally uninhabitable. They left the flooded unit and when I moved out it was covered in mold. My air conditioner broke during last fall when there was dangerously high temperatures (over 100 degrees) and it took them over a month to fix it. I had to purchase a window AC unit on my own dime so that my dog and I didnât have a heat stroke. They didnât offer me any solutions in the meantime. BEWARE if you have a dog, people constantly let their dogs out off leash and donât control them.
