High staff roll over, misinformation, lying staff, zero follow through on calls or questions, avoid this place like the plague.

🗣️I RENTED HERE AROUND 2012 OR 2013 JUST FYI👍🏿BUT... Reading everyone's recent reviews and my mind is blown on how far they let these apts slide down hill. I loved the fireplace option... The balcony. Me and my girl had a nice bedroom. Based off these reviews though I would get out immediately even in a lease and file your grievances. Its obviously management because it was NOT like this when I stayed there. WOW‼️

Great for people desperately looking for cheap affordable apartments. They are very punitive. They have messed my credit and refuse to returned my deposit.

While the inside of these apartments look nice, the upkeep is not included. From the first few months that I lived here my furnace made continuous clicking noises. After waiting a week for maintenance they said a part will come in. No one came back the entire winter. My kitchen sink overflowed on a weekend, I called the emergency line with no answer. It wasn’t until three day later, after cleaning my floors everyday and lugging water from the sink to the grass outside, that someone came to fix it. During the summer there was fire arms being shot inside the gated community, people living out of their vans stay in the parking spots, and they over pay for pest fees and trash. The month before needing to move out, my bathroom tub and toilet start filling up with water randomly on a Saturday. After calling and pleading I need help it wasn’t until the following Tuesday someone reached out to a supervisor. The communication at Haven is awful. Don’t expect any timely help there.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place deserves 0 stars. Below are my reasons why: 1. I have had maintenance issues since the first day I moved in. The individuals who work at the front desk and those that do the maintenance do the best that they can. It is the property management (Apartment Management Consultants LLC; AMC) who is at fault for the underfunding and negligence of this apartment complex. a. First and most importantly… there are PEST INFESTATIONS, even though you pay for pest control. I saw a “response from the owner” to Ty Allen’s comment saying “we haven’t seen anything, nor has anyone reported anything.” This is not true. Be prepared to get rid of all your possessions or pay $100s to exterminate your valuable possessions yourself. b. I was without hot water for several weeks in frigid winter temperatures. I had to call the regional property manager (who manages several properties across multiple states) for my hot water to be fixed. c. There is extensive termite damage to the exterior of my apartment that is still not fixed after months of reporting it. d. My heat has gone out twice during frigid winter temperatures. e. The dishwasher failed to drain water and resulted in mold to grow in it. I cleaned up the stalled water and mold myself, and chose to hand wash my dishes the whole time I lived here. It took maintenance over a year to “fix” the dishwasher. f. My dryer exhaust took months to fix, so I had to air dry my clothes so that lint/dust from the dryer did not fill my apartment. g. The carpet in the bedroom was not properly cleaned when I first moved in so I had to request it to be recleaned. They still didn’t do a good job, so I cleaned it myself so that my allergic reaction to whatever was in the carpet stopped. 2. All residents had to take their trash to a trash compactor (that was always broken) on the property. Residents would carry or drive down their trash to the compactor, and the trash bags would often burst causing trash to be blown/scattered everywhere. The compactor would overflow so often that it would attract several critters to the property. 3. The property management (AMC) often fails to upload their monthly rent by the 3rd of each month. They claim you have 3 days starting the 1st of each month to pay the rent before you receive a $200+ fee (concessions charge back plus late charge), but if the complex fails to upload the monthly charges the first of each month, residents could often only have hours to make the payments. AMC has often uploaded monthly charges after the autopayment (which can only be scheduled the 3rd of each month) was completed. 4. You are required to pay $75 for a lost gate key even when the gates are always open and broken. The rent at Haven is affordable … but it comes with a significant cost to your health and well being. Think twice before you live here.
