If you enjoy your apartment being flooded with pee and poo this is the place for you. No preventative maintenance on their outdated plumbing (All plumbing is connected so if one person in a different unit above you is flushing stuff they shouldnât itâll effect the people below.)Management does not care about sewage flooding the apartment, when told the apt is flooded and needs to be fixed it could take a couple months for the fix to happen because they arenât on top of it. We have asked management to do preventative maintenance on plumbing for years but they will not do so, they simply let places flood then call people in to extract water and clean the floors/bathrooms. On top of all that, when the place is flooding you have to call the âemergency maintenance lineâ which sends you to voicemail and you have to hope whoever is on call wakes up and checks it. It is the most ridiculous thing Iâve ever seen in my life. This is the 9th time this has happened but weâve been stuck in our lease.
The low rent is not worth the horrible management.
Update.
Upon last time I was in that unit , my toilet stopped working. I called the office and maintenance line to inform them âif a plumber doesnât come soon this apartment will flood.â 8 hours later I returned home from work and my apartment was flooded with human waste. They DO NOT take maintenance request by the seriousness of them. I donât think they take them at all, Iâve fixed most minor issues myself because they never show up when I request them to.
