I currently live in the apartments. Since moving in Iâve had issue after issue.
Youâre never able to speak with anyone in the office. Iâm a communicative person. They only want money from residents, skip any other concern. My windows in the apartment still not fixed, and they donât follow up to try and get anyone there. This concession fee is absolutely ridiculous $383 if rent is late on the 4th, $75 on the late fee plus $10 a day. So trying to make payments is absolutely impossible.Hoping today theyâll be understanding and waive the fees. Mary tried to help but sheâs not in our office.
UPDATE: spoke with Celest, she states sheâs the regional manager. No help at all! She didnât even want to hear anything I said to her, was ready to respond off the rip she said âwell if you donât pay your rentâ mind you I paid half was calling to pay the other half, but she was ready to slam me not even knowing half of the situation. They know that they couldnât care less about the tenants. I called to try and make a payment, even explained like Iâm not skipping out on paying, Iâm actually one tryna make sure all of my bills are paid, she basically said if you canât afford your apartment, moveâ¦.and thatâs from the regional. So please think HARD before moving to these apartments. Seriously!
