Hey everybody this is the most ridiculous story you'll ever hear about a property manager I've been living here since 2023 keep mind you I actually lived here in 2008 and I also came back in 2017 so I've been here a couple of times but this last rodeo I did with this reserve at Hillcrest was awful I move out clean the apartment I get a bill for $341 you want to know why they're going to pay someone to clean the apartment they're going to shampoo the carpet and they have to change a light bulb oh and don't forget the drip pans that they left when I moved in that were dirty that I put back and they were clean now you have to remember the whole time I was there I could never ever get maintenance in my apartment oh except the one time I had to call the health department on them for my ceiling leaking for 2 weeks straight. And oh yeah by the way my rent was always on time Now you have to realize I've never not gotten back my deposit every apartment I've ever lived in I get back my deposit I have never owed and I've been doing this for 40 years I left the apartment clean but they want to charge I'll me for sending someone else in to do a thorough thorough cleaning they left the apartment when I moved in there it was dirty filthy the carpet wasn't even clean the pan drips were awful and now get this if you live there now they are telling us that you have to pay 2 months back amenities for water and sewer But I know I got my bill the first month I was there for a amenities what apartment complex could afford $60000 in the rear for utilities. In what apartment complex wouldn't charge a larger deposit if they knew you had to pay back utilities none of what she stated to me is in my lease I will forever not owe 341 So yes if you live there you're going to get a bill for everything they charge you for everything do not stay here do not stay here do not stay here and the property management does not exist they never respond to anything and yeah I'm taking this to court bet you on that. And nothing said about the amenities on the property old raggedy don't work like the pool for the last 2 years grills can't use can't enjoy the tennis court because of the trash or the foul smell of a dog poop in urine and everybody lets their dog poop and pee anywhere and it's unsafe they have grills on the patios this property has had at least two fires that I know of live there at your own risk even the trash valet they only come once or twice a week an the trash can does not work at all or is always overflowing with trash You say why did I move back there this last time I thought the property I came back without looking at the property when you walk the property just look around if they have a groundskeeper the wood is turning to termites they don't sweep the stairs or clean and they don't have your address on the building which is stupid like people are supposed to know your building number and not your address how silly.

I’m so thankful for Ms. Sue, Ms. Renee, and Ms. Anita for making my apartment search and move-in experience such a wonderful one. From the very first tour of the apartment complex to the move-in process and even afterward, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible experience and that everything was taken care of. Their professionalism, encouragement, and friendly attitudes put me completely at ease and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all they did to help me feel welcomed and at home, and I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding customer service and genuine care.

Do Not Clean Your Apartment When You Move They Will Take Your Deposit No Matter What. I Left My Apartment Spotless & They Still Charged For A Unit Cleaning Fee & Carpet Shampoo & One Light Bulb. My Dryer Didn’t Work For Five Years & The Last Week They Finally Came & Fixed It. My Water Heater Was Going To Explode & My Apartment Was 90 Degrees During Winter I Felt Like I Was Living In Hell For 2 Months They Didn’t Fix My Water Heater. I Went Like A Month With No AC During Summer. Raccoons Take Over The Whole Complex. My Ceiling Was Caving In For A Whole Year Because Of Water Leaking. Let’s Not Forget The Pool Only Working One Out Of The 5 Years Of Living There. I Do Not Recommend Living At This Apartment.

There is a MAJOR car theft problem going on at this complex. My car has been broken into twice and eventually stolen in December. The gate is never closed and do not have cameras or security so at night anybody could be walking through here. I’ve spoke to the office about it and they literally did nothing, nor made any safety upgrades. Just a warning for anybody who can’t afford to take anymore L’s that place is only concerned about rent!

Really disappointed that residents are paying these rent prices and still can’t use the pool all summer. Amenities are part of what people pay for, and keeping them closed with little communication is unfair to tenants. Management needs to do better and start taking resident concerns seriously.

Love paying all this rent to stare at a closed pool all summer 😍 really makes the “luxury apartment” experience feel complete.

This apartment complex has no problem collecting expensive rent every single month, but somehow can’t manage to open the pool for residents. It’s unacceptable. Amenities are included in what tenants pay for, and keeping the pool closed all year while charging the same high prices feels dishonest and disrespectful to the people living here. Residents should not have to beg for basic things that were advertised when signing a lease. Management needs to start being transparent, take accountability, and either provide the amenities people pay for or compensate residents accordingly.

For how much rent costs here, it’s honestly ridiculous that the pool isn’t even open this year. Amenities are a big reason people choose to live here, and residents are still paying full price just to lose access to something we were promised. Management keeps raising expectations but not delivering. Nobody wants excuses all summer — we just want the amenities we pay for.

I wanted to move here because the appliance’s and nice wooden flooring, but bad mice problem, I regret signing my lease here . I have had my heat stop working in my unit in the freezing cold for a whole weekend, now my air went out and I’m battling a bunch of mice there was moth balls under the sink when I moved in so please review you unit and check, baby mice & adult mice . The office manager turned me away yesterday and advise you needed an appointment to discuss matters. Even tho I have talked with her 3 times already and she is fully aware I just think ppl should know . The pool and gym sold me too but it’s not worth the rent to be fighting off mice sticky traps do not work and if you have kids or going to have them it’s just not safe or sanitary !!!!!!
